Terms
These terms cover your use of crownseam.com and how our quotes, mockups and orders work.
Quotes and orders
- Prices, timelines and minimums on the website or in a quote are estimates until we confirm your order in writing (email or invoice).
- Production starts only after you approve the final spec sheet, size run and, where offered, the physical sample.
- Payment terms, delivery terms (Incoterms) and shipping costs are set out in your written order confirmation.
Free mockups and ready-made designs
- Free mockups are provided for you to evaluate. There is no obligation to order.
- Designs in our library are Crownseam designs. We customise them for you (colours, crest, names, numbers). Unless we agree exclusivity in writing, a base design may also be offered to other customers.
Your logos and artwork
- You confirm you own or have permission to use any logos, crests, sponsor marks or artwork you send us.
- We do not reproduce trademarks, club crests or brand designs that customers are not authorised to use, and we may decline such requests.
Samples, colours and sizing
Screen and print colours can differ slightly. Please check the physical sample and our size guide before approving bulk production. Small variations in sizing and colour within normal manufacturing tolerances are not defects.
Faults
If goods arrive faulty or not as specified in your approved order, tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will repair, replace or refund the affected items.
Website content
The website content, designs and images belong to Crownseam or are used under licence (3D model credits are listed in the website footer). Please don't copy them for commercial use without permission.
